Preheat oven to 375.Mix flour, sugar, and shortening. Set aside.Mix both types of molasses, water, and eggs. Dissolve baking soda in vinegar, then add to molasses mix.Combine 1/2 of crumb mix into molasses mix. Some small lumps may remain. Divide evenly amongst 4 pie shells. Divide remaining crumb mix over the 4 pies.Bake for 30 min @ 375. Turn down oven to 350, bake an additional 8-10 min.Makes 32 servings.
