Here is how you make Healthy Whoopie Pies!:

1. Beat cream cheese and confectioners sugar with an electric mixer on high until smooth. 2. Add yogurt and vanilla, beat until combined. Set aside.3. Coat 3 baking sheets with vegetable cooking spray and preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 4.Whisk flour cocoa and baking powder in a bowl. Beat sugar and butter with electric mixer on high until combined. 5.Add the egg white and beat until mixture is thick. 6.Add 1/2 the flour mixture to the sugar mixture and beat until combined. Add 1/4 cup of milk and beat on low until combined. 7.Add remaining flour, beat until combined and then add remaining 1/4 cup milk and beat on low until combined. 8.Spoon batter into a large ziploc bag and squeeze it into the corner. Cut 1/4 inch hole in the corner of the bag to make a piping bag.9.Squeeze 16 lines of batter onto each sheet (4" long and 1" apart)10.Bake for about 5 mins (up to 7) until the centers spring back to the touch. 11.Cool on wire rack.12.Spread half the cake with cream cheese filling and top with another cake. 13.Dust with cocoa powder.Can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
