Beat egg whites until frothy and they form soft peak with spatula. Microwave 1T corstarch with 1/2 C water until mixed. Add 2 Tbsp sugar to water mixture, stir and microwave until it looks clear. Slowly pour mixtureinto beaten egg whites with mixer on. Water mix does not have to cool before adding to egg whites. Brown under oven broiler until desired browning is obtained.Adjust recipe by adding 2 tablespoons sugar for each egg white you have, i.e. 6 Tbsp. sugar for 3 egg whites.
