2 cup Corn Chex Cereal

0.50 cup Flour

4 tbsp (.25c) Maple Syrup
1.25 cup sweet potato puree
pinch cinnamon
0.50 tsp Vanilla
5 tbsp Butter
1 Egg
1.5 tbsp Vegetable/Coconut Oil

Here is how you make Maple Sweet Potato Balls:

- Preheat oven 350 Degrees.- First, grate 2 sweet potatoes and cook on over medium heat with a .25 tbsp butter and a pinch of cinnamon and 1tbsp of water so that it doesn't stick to the pan.- In a food processor grind 3 packs of Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal into a fine powder with 2 tbsp of brown sugar mixed in. - Next grind Corn Chex cereal into a powder which equals one cup with 2 tbsp brown sugar mixed in.- Mix in a bowl these dry ingredients and add .5t baking soda. - Puree sweet potatoes in the food processor with .25c maple syrup and .5tsp vanilla and 5tbsp butter.- Combine sweet potato mixture with the dry ingredients and add 2 tbsp vegetable oil and one egg. - Mix all ingredients well.- Divide into ~1tbsp size balls onto cookie sheets.- Cook for 8 minutes or until edges are browned.
