Mix flour, salt & spices & mix through fruits. Soak bread crumbs in scalded milk for 10 minutes. Beat egg yolks & beat in sugar, then add suet & soaked bread crumbs. Stir into fruit mixture, blend well. beat egg whites and fold into mixture.
