How Do I Make Cornmeal Pudding?

Here is how you make Cornmeal Pudding:

*Note: You can use the milk from a grated coconut (if preferred). In order to do this you will have to grate the coconut very fine and press the milk from itMix salt, nutmeg, sugar, and cinnamon into 1/2 cup of coconut milk into a large saucepan on the stove (medium heat) heat mixture and then add flour and cornmeal.Cook ingredients until cornmeal is very soft . The mixture will get pretty thick. Add remaining coconut milk in batches of a 1/4 cup until you have used all of the coconut milk. Remove from the stove and place into a baking dish. Spread evenly.Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until top is browned slightly. Let cool.
