Here is how you make Healthier Pumpkin Bars:

Beat 4 eggs and add sugar, oil and applesauce. Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and baking powder. Add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture. Mix well. Pour into greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool.Frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter until creamy. Slowly add powdered sugar. Add vanilla. Thin with half and half as needed.
