Roll:Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Beat eggs and lemon juice.Add in pumpkin SLOWLY.Combine sugar, flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and ginger in a separate bowl.Add dry ingredients to wet.Beat until just mixed.Pour into a greased jelly-roll pan.Bake 12 min.
