Stir until just mixed. Optional: blend in any extras now, some good suggestions are: chocolate chips, walnuts, blueberries, pitted dates, dried cranberries. Yum!Sprinkle some of the flour onto your work surface and dump out the batter. I like to separate it into two balls and then flatten them out into a circular shape. Use the remaining flour as needed when working the dough. Don't knead too much-makes for tough goodies! Cut each disk into 6 triangles, bake in a 425 degree oven for 10-15 minutes until done.
