(imho) How Do I Make Mini Raspberry Trifles?Here is how you make Mini Raspberry Trifles: Makes 2 servings.Place frozen rasperries in microwave safe bowl with 2 tsp. sugar. Microwave for 1 minute. If you have fresh raspberries, do not microwave.Meanwhile, divide the pound cake into two 1 oz. portions and cut into cubes to fit bottom of small ramekin. Spoon the sherry over the pound cake pieces and add the rasperries and their juice equally between the two servings. If you like, you can reserve a few raspberries to garnish. Top with the custard and the creme fraiche or whipped cream.I prefer to make these mini-trifles rather than a big bowl full that I'll be snacking on for days!
