Press into pan and refrigerate for 15 minutes.Using electric mixer, beat neufchatel cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and 2 Tbsp milk until smooth. Fold in 1 1/2 c. cool-whip (24 tbsp). Spread over graham cracker crust.Add 2 1/2 cups raspberries over top.With wire whisk, mix 8 servings vanilla instant pudding with 3 1/2 cups milk. (2 small boxes, or one large box.)
