2 envelopes gelatin
2-3 cup Raspberries fresh or frozen
1.5 cup Granulated Sugar
1.5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream


How Do I Make Raspberry mousse?

Here is how you make Raspberry mousse:

Roll ginger snaps into crumbs. add 2 Tbs softened butter. Mix and then press into springform pan. Put in freezer. Put raspberries in sieve and soften 2 envelopes of gelatin in the juice for about 3 min. then heat the juice with 1.5 C. sugar until gelatin and sugar are melted. Pour into raspberries. Let set in frig for about 1-=15 min. Whip 1.5C heavy cream into hard peaks. Fold into raspberry mixture. Let sit another 20-30 min until it begins to set up. Gently spoon it into the crust and put the whole thing in the frig for about 6 hours.Use no more whipping cream, but you could add another .5 c. sugar if you want the mousse sweeter.
