1 1/2 Cups Crushed Corn Flakes

8 Cups diced rhubarb
1 1/2 C sugar

1 Cup powdered sugar
1 Tablespoon water
1/2 teas vanilla


How Do I Make Rhubarb Danish?

Here is how you make Rhubarb Danish:

Combine flour,salt and shortening until crumbly. Add eggyolk milk mixture and mix just until well blended. Dividedough in half, roll one half to fit in bottom of jelly roll pan. Sprinkle corn flake crumbs over. Mix rhubarb withsugar and put over crumbs. Add top curst. Beat egg white until stiff-brush over top and edges. Bake at 400* for 1 hour. Combine powdered sugar, vanilla and enough water to make thin enough to drizzle over top as soon as danish comes from oven.
