Here is how you make Ma's Christmas Rice Pie:

Bring water to boil. Add butter. Then add entire box of rice. Mix well. Let cool slightly. Add candy fruit and vanilla, mixing well. Add eggs (can also use regular eggs, just adjust calories accordingly). I cut out circles of ready made pie crust to fit inside the mini cup cake pan. Filled pan with rice/candy mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. If you're making two pies instead, divide mixture between two crusts, cover crust with foil, bake for 45 minutes, remove foil and continue baking for 15 minutes longer.Serving Size:?48 mini cup cake size or two pies
