Combine rice and water in a heavy saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Add 3 cups milk, 1/4 cup butter and Stevia,Cinnamon sticks, and vanilla.Continue to cook over medium heat until thick and creamy (20 to 25 minutes), stirring frequently. Remove cinnamon sticks prior to serving. This dessert is delicious served warm or chilled. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon, if desired. Serving Size:?serves 6
