Here is how you make Healthy Brown Rice Pudding:

If cooking rice fresh then follow directions below:Boil 1 cup of water with a pinch of lite salt. Add 1 cup instant brown rice, simmer 5 minutes (uncovered), then remove from heat, COVER and let stand. Return to low-medium heat (depending on your stoves heat level), stir in margerine, milk, vanilla, sweetener and spices. Bring to slow bubbling then reduce heat to very low and simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to prevent bottom scorching.
