How Do I Make Ralphs Rice Pudding?

Here is how you make Ralphs Rice Pudding:

1 qt half and half (fat free is good!) in Dutch oven. Add equal pts of water. Add rice, sugar, butter and salt. Bring to boil then lower heat and simmer for 40 min stirring frequently. Beat 2 eggs, put in measuring cup. Add water to make 1 cup. Slowly add to rice mixture, stirring while doing so. Add vanilla and cooked raisins (cook in pan w/water while pudding is cooking).
