Here is how you make Rolled Oatsand Rice Pudding:

Heat milk over med. heat. Whisk egg yolks with sugar. Temper egg mixture with a splash of the heated milk before adding egg to saucepan. stir until thickens. Add rice, and oats and cook stirring frequently until it thickens a bit. Meanwhile, toast walnuts in a tsp of butter, coat with sugar and cinnimon, then allow to cool.
