How Do I Make RICE QUINOA PUDDING?

Here is how you make RICE QUINOA PUDDING:

Soak the rice and quinoa together in water with 1 tablespoon lemon juice added for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator. It does something to the ingredient (phytic acid) in the grains. Drain and rinse the grains. Start a double boiler with water boiling on the bottom and in the upper kettle pour 4 cups of milk. Stir in the grains. Keep an eye on the water in the bottom kettle, you don't want it to run dry. You can reduce the heat to a slow boil. Boil for at least 1 1/2 hours stirring occasionally. When the rice is tender you can shut off the heat and add the last cup of milk to the pudding so it is thick and creamy. Keep the pudding on top of the hot water for another 1/2 hour. Put in a container or separate 1 cup containers and refrigerate or eat right away. I add splenda or stevia powder to sweeten and ground cinnamon for flavor. You may want to add raisins or a bit more milk, but add that to the nutritional values.
