Blend in blender all cake ingredients. Pour into 9 x 13 pan that is lined with wax paper and sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 325 for 10-12 minutes. Remove from pan and roll in "jelly-roll" style in a cleam towel. Let Cool.Blend filling ingredients together and spread on cake. Re-roll cake and chill.
