Wash all fruit.Slice kiwi into rounds and THEN peel. Add to bowl with blueberries.Cut tops and bottoms off each citrus fruit. Cut, with a slight curve, down the side of each to remove all the peel and pith. "Supreme" out the sections, leaving membranes behind. Remove any visible seeds. Add all citrus to blueberries and kiwi.In a separate bowl mix Greek yogurt, ginger paste and honey.Crush graham cracker in a small plastic bag or in a small bowl.Divide fruit into 6 servings.
