Here is how you make CoolCream Sandwhich:

Use a cookie sheet lined with tinfoil or parchment paper and place 12-15 chocolate wafers on the sheet. Put 1 tablespoon of cool whip on each cookie (I used two table spoons, one to scoop the coolwhip, the other to push the cool whip nicely on the chocolate wafer). Once all the wafers have cool whip, top with another chocolate wafer. Put in the freezer and they should be firm in about five minutes depending on the freezer....
