A trip to the Puyallup Fair (The Western Washington Fair) isn't complete without this Northwest tradition! They sell like 80,000 of these a day, topped with a big glob of raspberry jam. They are good cold, but best when they are warm. (And its pronounced "pew-ALLup"). These are NOT low in calories!! I had to make them for my sons schools Mothers Day Tea (of course I sampled one while there) so I needed to calculate out the recipe. They are super delicous though, eat lots of veggies the rest of the day to make up for it! LOL
