1 - 1 oz. packet of Jell-o Fat Free/Sugar Free pudding (vanilla, cheesecake or banana work best)
1/2 scoop Vanilla Flavor Pure Protein Powder
2 tsp Psyllium Husks Powder
2 cups frozen fruit (I like strawberries and bananas best)
4 - 3.5 g Truvia packets (or whatever sweetener you prefer)
2.5 cups water

Here is how you make Accidental Sorbet:

Combine all ingredients in blender (Ninja works great on frozen fruit), scoop mixture into four containers and freeze. Amount of sweetener can be changed depending on your taste. Will freeze fairly hard (though not much harder than Haagen Daas sorbet), so give it a little time to soften before eating.
