How Do I Make Cantaloupe Sorbet?

Here is how you make Cantaloupe Sorbet:

Bring water to a boil and stir in Splenda and orange peel. Remove from heat and let cool.Puree cantaloupe with water, 1/2 at a time. Stir in orange extract or Triple sec, stick in freezer for an hour.Stir mixture well and scrape into an ice cream freezer. Freeze until soft serve consistency, about 20 mintues, remove paddle and cover for 10 minutes. Scrape into a covered container and freeze until ready to serve.
