How Do I Make Jill's Home Made Stir Fry?

Here is how you make Jill's Home Made Stir Fry:

Cooking actually is a minimal here, depending on how well done you like your veggies. I myself like mine with a little crisp bite. Everything is already precursor and washed to save on time. Except for the mushrooms. I always wait right before adding them to the pan. Once I heat my pan with olive oil. I toss in the veggies and let them start to cook. I proceed to open and drain the canned Chicken. While the chicken is draining, I continue to saute my veggies of choice. You can substitute any of your favorite vegetables in any stir fry recipe. I add the Chicken once drained and then the honey with the soy sauce and toss well. You want to make sure everything is well coated. When the veggies reach the desired tenderness just turn off the burner and allow to rest for 5 minutes. If you like you can serve with noodles or brown rice.... I like to add when I have company is Salted Caramel Bourbon.Serving Size: 6 1cup servingsNumber of Servings: 6.0Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user SURVIVOR61JILL.
