Here is how you make Nearly Strawberry Cheesecake:

Take the softened cream cheese and mix with a hand mixer until smooth. Gradually pour the nonfat milk in and continue to mix. Add the instant vanilla pudding mix and continue to mix for 2 minutes. Fold in the whipped cream, coarsely broken graham crackers and strawberries.Place paper baking cups in a muffin tin. Fill the cups a little more than half way.
