Splenda Brown Sugar 1 stick butter, unsalted 1 cup Unprocessed Wheat Bran, Hodgson Mill brand 19 4 oz jelly jars, wide mouth, with lids How Do I Make Strawberry Cheesecake V2?Here is how you make Strawberry Cheesecake V2: Makes 19 4 oz. servingsStore in freezer, tastes good frozen or thawedPrepare jars: spray jelly jars with non stick sprayPreheat oven 300 degrees FCrust:Mix Ginger-Cinnamon-Nutmeg-Bran-Crushed Graham Crackers together then add 1 cube butter, meltedPress mixture into jars (I used a small ice cream scoops worth-or aprox. 4 Tbs. per jar) (if mixture seems too dry to stick together you can add 2 Tbs. of water sprinkled over the mixture Bake for 15 minutes- set aside till room temperatureFilling:Beat together cream cheeses and sugar until light and fluffy, add 2 Tbs. of the milk, then fold in half the cool whip (2 cups) Divide mixture between the 19 jars. (I put mixture into a plastic bag, then snipped off one corner of the bag so I could squeeze it into each jar without mess) Leave room in each jar for aprox 2 Tbs. of the strawberry mixture-thats about the distance of the ridges for screwing on the lidsNext prepare the strawberry pudding according to package directions only using 1 3/4 cup cold milk instead of 2 cups, chill for 2 minutes then fold in the remaining 2 cups of cool whip.Fill jars with this mixture-again, I used a plastic bag to squirt the filling into the jars. Wipe the outside edges of the jars clean and screw on lids and freeze till needed.
