In a 4 quart sauce pan, thaw frozen strawberries in 3 cups of water, and 2 tsp of cinnamon. Let simmer for 20 minutes. In a large bowl take quick oatmeal, brown sugar, flour, and butter melted, blending well to make a crumbling mix; set aside.In a 13 x 9 inches, place thawed strawberries in the bottom of pain minus the juice. In the sauce bring the juice to a boil sprinkle cornstarch, with stevia and blend until the juice thickens. Add the sauce on top of the strawberries, and then top with the oat crumble on top.
