Here is how you make Rhubarb Strawberry Jam:

Cook rhubarb and water over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it becomes mushy and falls apart. Add sugar to the rhubarb mush. Mix jello, and unflavored gelatin together then add to the rhubarb mush (mixing it before adding prevents the gelatin from getting lumpy). Stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour into jars or containers and store in the freezer. This recipe can also be adapted by using other fruit/jello combinations. This jam can also be canned by processing in a hot water bath for 5 minutes.Makes about 6 pints.
