Then stir in the wheat flour and baking soda until well combined. Spread this mixture on the bottom of an 8-inch square baking pan and bake it for 20-30 minutes, until it's just firm to the touch.To make the topping, gently heat the juice in a medium saucepan. Add the strawberries, rhubarb, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Cook on medium-low heat for a few minutes, until the berries start to break down.
