Here is how you make Almost Sugar Free Jello Cheesecake:

Chill evap milk in freezer for an hour or 2 before starting. Dissolve Jello mix in 1 cup boiling water and cool until slightly thickened. Beat together cream cheese and splenda in a medium bowl. Whip chilled evap milk until soft peaks form. Blend Jello into cream cheese mixture unti smooth. Fold Jello/Cream cheese misture into whipped evap milk, mix until blended.
