Add baking soda to milk in a very large mixing bowl. Stir. Pour warm molasses mixture in and add crisco or butter. It will foam up quite a bit. Stir until the butter / crisco is melted. Combine all the dry ingredients. Stir into the wet mixture. If you'd like it a little sweeter, mix in a little stevia or a bit more xylitol.Preheat oven to 350. Roll sections of dough out like a "snake" about 1" in diameter. Cut off 1" sections and place on baking sheet. They don't need a lot of room between them. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool and store in an airtight container. These make great coffee "dunkers".
