Here is how you make Paleo-friendly, Sugar-free Chocalate Bars:

First line a pan or flat-bottomed container with parchment or wax paper.Combine coconut oil, vanilla extract, and 1 tsp NuStevia powder or drops. If adding peppermint oil, add this now. Stir, then add cocoa. Stir, stir, stir. Stir until the mix gets thick and shiny, approximately 3 minutes. Taste and add additional NuStevia to desired sweetness. Add any optional additions and stir for another minute. Pour mixture onto lined pan, lined dish, or chocolate molds. If mixture is too thick to pour or spread, add a little more melted coconut oil, 1 tsp at a time. Chocolate will set in the freezer in approximately 30 minutes or 2-4 hours in refrigerator. If making in a pan, score bars with a sharp knife 15 minutes into chill time.
