combine fruit and 3 tsp of splenda in a medium bowl and stir around, refigerate for about an hour.in the mean time take each tortilla and spray each with about 5 squirts of the butter spray then mix the remaining splenda and cinnamon and sprinkle over the tortillas and bake for 7 minutes or until they crisp up ( i cut them before i cook them usually into 8 pieces each) once the cool down a bit and the fruit is ready spoon fruit into a bowl and place 4-5 chips in each bowl and enjoy.i like to spray some fat free reddi whip on top and it is a really fresh sweet treat!serves 5 Number of Servings: 5Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user LCATLIN29.
