How Do I Make Sweet Cinnamon Quinoa?

Here is how you make Sweet Cinnamon Quinoa:

Bring 4.5 c of water to a boil. Add orange zest, cinnamon and cloves. Bring to a simmer and add quinoa. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes until all the liquid has been absorbed. Once all the liquid has been absorbed, add the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk and pecans. Cook on low for five minutes stirring constantly to prevent burning.
