Here is how you make Gail's Open Tarts:

Melt margarine and crush up wafers. Mix together and set aside.Small sauce pan melt cream cheese and chocolate together on low heat, stirring continuously. Remove from heat.Line a cupcake pan with cupcake papers. Press wafer mix into bottom of each paper to form a crust. Cover each crust with a layer of chocolate mix. Put in freezer for about 10 minutes or until chocolate is slightly hardened. Top each "tart" with half a tablespoon of jelly.
