Here is how you make Vegan Quick Cinnamon Rolls:

Pre-heat the oven to 205?C (400?F). Using a stand mixer, cream together 1/3 cup margarine, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with margarine or cooking spray. Drop 1 tsp margarine mixture into each cup. Set the rest aside. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir well. Add 1/4 cup margarine and cut until mixture is crumbly. Make a well in the middle and add cold vegan milk. Stir until soft dough forms. Knead dough 8-10 times, then roll out on a floured surface. Roll into a 12" long rectangle, about 1/3" thick. Spread remaining margarine mixture on top, and sprinkle on raisins. Roll jelly-roll style into a 12" long log. Cut into 12 equal pieces. Place one piece, cut-side down, into each muffin cup. Bake until slightly brown, about 20-25 minutes. GLAZEMix powdered sugar with a little bit of milk at a time, stirring until a runny glaze forms.
