Here is how you make Vegan Hello Dolly Bars:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees (F).In a small saucepan, bring the coconut milk and maple syrup to a boil while whisking. Reduce the heat to low and allow to simmer about 10 minutes. Whisk this frequently to avoid overflow.In a food processor or blender, pulse the graham crackers and coconut oil until no large chunks remain.Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish lightly with coconut oil.Pour the graham cracker crumbs into the dish. Using the back of a spoon, press the crumbs into an even layer at the bottom of the dish and into the corners.Bake the crust for about 10 minutes.Remove the crust from the oven and layer the chocolate chips on top, followed by the walnuts, then by the coconut.Remove the coconut milk from the heat and pour gently over the top of the coconut.
