Reduce the heat to low and allow to simmer about 10 minutes. Whisk this frequently to avoid overflow.In a food processor or blender, pulse the graham crackers and coconut oil until no large chunks remain.Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish lightly with coconut oil.Pour the graham cracker crumbs into the dish.
