Here is how you make Califlower Bake:

Cook califlower, garlic & onion together in saucepan until califlower is mushy. (Yes mushy). Drain. Add margarine & parmesan cheese and mix well with mixer or in food processor until smooth and well blended. Pour into a baking dish which has been sprayed with vegetable oil spray (Pam).
