93% lean ground beef, 2 lb
Canned crushed tomatoes, 56 oz
Part-skim mozzarella cheese, 12 oz

Here is how you make Italian Meatball Bake:

Boil spaghetti until tender. Shape ground beef into small meatballs. Brown in skillet. (will still be raw on inside) Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic. I grind sea salt with a pepper/garlic seasoning. Spray two 9x13 pans with cooking spray. Layer half of noodles, half of the meatballs, and 28 oz of crushed tomatoes in one pan. Layer remaining ingredients in other pan. Bake at 350 for 30 min. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Let it "set" for 5 minutes prior to serving. Makes 12 servings.
