1.heat oven to 400F. In large saucep[ot of boiling slated water, cook brussell sprouts until just tender...approx 8 mins. Drain, reserving 1 and 3/4 cup of the cooking liquid. In a bowl gently toss the brussell sprouts with the italian dressing.2.In bowl, combine next four ingredients and reserved hot cooking liquid, stirring 1 min until smooth. Spoon potato mixture into greased 9" square baking dish.3.Meanwhile, in skillet over med heat cook the ground chicken or turkey until browned. Stir in pasta sauce, sppon over potatoes. Top meat mixture with the brussels sprouts, add butternut squash puree spooning lightly over the sprouts (do not mix in-makes the top layer look all cheesy). Top with grated cheddar and place in overn.
