1.25 lb cooked beef (I used stewing beef I canned-Shredded but any kind of lean beef shredded will work)
1 c. onion chopped
1 c. green pepper chopped
1 (37 g) chilies (cup) (small can)
15 oz can black beans
3 cups Scoops! Multi-grain Tortilla Chips crushed
2 cups shredded cheddar
15 oz can diced tomatoes
1 c. salsa
cumin
chilie powder
garlic powder
salt and pepper
cilantro

Here is how you make Char's Taco Bake:

Saute Onions and Peppers in 1T. olive oil until soft.Add to beef along with chilies, beans, tomatoes, and salsa. Add the spices to your liking, I used 1 t. cumin, 1 T chilie powder, 1 t. cilantro, 1/2 t. garlic powder, 1/2 t. salt and 1/4 t. pepper.Mixed thoroughlyPlace 2 cups of crushed multigrain Tostitos on bottom of 13x9.5 glass dish.Add meat mixture insuring good coverage.Add remaining 1 c.
