1/2 c. sweet pickle juice
1/4 c. bottled italian salad dressing
1 T. splenda
1 c. reuced fat sour cream
1/2 c cilantro
1 T. lemon juice
2 medium bonless, skinless chicken breast
1/4 c. bbq sauce
1 c. shreeded cheese
16 flour tortillas (10 inches)

Here is how you make Barbecue Quesaedillas:

Place the coleslaw mix, mayo, pickle juice, salad drssing and sugar in medium-size bowl, and stir to combine. Will keep in refridgerator for up o 2 days.Cook chicken until no longer pink then shred and toss with bbq sauce. Place the sour cram, cilantro and lemon juice in a food processor and puree until smoth. Set aside.Heat a griddle orlarge skillet over medium-high heat. Spray with Pam. Place on tortilla on skillet and spread with bbq chicken, coleslaw and cheese and top with 2nd tortilla. Cook on 1 side until crisp, then carefully flip and cook again until crisp.
