1 medium red bell pepper, coarsely chopped
4 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp white vinegar
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp Cornstarch
1 oz fresh Basil leaves, coarsely chopped
1 pkg (14 oz) firm tofu, cubed
1 cups chopped fresh broccoli
1/2 cup beansprouts
