Preheat oven to 375.Put onions, garlic, and bell peppers in the food processor and process till everything is finely chopped. Set aside. Mix bread crumbs, crumbled pringles and crumbled chow mein noodles in a very large bowl with chili powder, cumin and chili sauce. Wisk 4 eggs together in a separate bowl, then add all ingredients to the large bowl and mix together with your hands. Form 21 patties and place on lightly oiled cookie sheets.
