4 large burrito size wheat tortillas
1/2 cup shredded reduced fat Mexican type cheeses
1/2 cup Frog Ranch mild salsa

Here is how you make Bean Burrito:

1. Spray large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium high heat; add oil and heat until it sizzles.2. Saute onions for about 3 minutes; add mixed vegetables and cilantro and saute until vegetables are crisp tender, about 3 minutes more. Remove from skillet and set aside.3. Spread about 1/4 cup refried beans down middle of each tortilla dn sprinkle with 2 tbsp cheese; top with heaping 1/4 cup of vegetables.4. Fold ends of burrito in and then fold one side of tortilla to center; fold in other side, like an envelope. Repeat with other burritos.5. Place one burrito on a microwave safe plate, seam side down; microwave on High until cheese melts and beans are warm; about 1-2 minutes. To heat all 4 at once takes about 5 minutes.6.
