Bay leaf, 1 whole
Potato (such as King Edwards, Maris Piper) - 300g, peeled & chopped
Sweet Potato- 300g peeled & chopped
Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce (Asda) - 1 tin, 420 g

1. Peel and chop the potatoes and sweet potatoes, and put in a pan. Cover with water, bring to boil then simmer for 20 mins. until soft.2. While potatoes are cooking, grill the pork sausages until well browned, also about 20 mins.3. Chop onion and sweet pepper and cook gently with olive oil in a large casserole dish on top of stove for 5 or 10 minutes until soft. 4. Roughly chop the yellow tomatoes and add to the onion mixture with about 1/4 pint (5 fl oz) water and the bay leaf, and cook until well broken down and reduced, stirring well. (about 10 mins)5. Add the tin of baked beans and vegetable bouillon to casserole, stir and heat gently for a few minutes, then turn off heat.6.Cut the cooked sausages roughly into 1 inch pieces and add to the casserole.7. Drain the potatoes well, them mash with a pinch of salt. Spread mashed potato on top of the sausage mixture with a fork to make a textured surface.8.
