Preheat oven to 350.Combine enchilada sauce, onions, zucchini and beans in a bowl. Spray small baking dish and spread 1/3 zucchini mixture over bottom. Cover with one tortilla. Spread 1/3 more of zucchini mixture over. Add last tortilla and cover with remaining zucchini mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
