The ingredients for Clam and Black Bean Chowder are:

1 Cup chopped white onion
1 Cup chopped celery
2 cans tomatoes, cut
1 can tomatoes, cut with peppers (Rotel)
3 6.5 cans chopped clams with liquid
1.5 lbs. Red potatoes, cubed
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
Salt and Pepper to taste


Can also be made in crock pot. Add clam meat during last hour of cooking.

Saute onions and celery in pan sprayed with non stick spray. Puree 1 - 2 cans of the tomatoes in blender or food processor. Combine all ingredients in medium stock pot.
